We worked with RSA, the global insurance company, to create a customer satisfaction survey system called RSA Customer Voice, that is used across their network of brokers here in the UK as well as in emerging markets. The data from each survey is presented in various dashboards, providing management information and insight at a local, national, regional and global level.
