The Law Society are going to be beta testing a new transaction form, the TA6 Part 1 with the aim of making more information available to buyers earlier in the process.
Currently the information is collated post the offer after a solicitor has been instructed. With the new TA6 – Part 1 key early marketing information can be collected up front. With the launch of the TA6 – Part 1 the TA6 will then be known as the TA6 – Part 2 FormEvo as a licensed provider of Law Society Forms will be able to provide the new form as part of the Law Society range and we’ll provide further details when these are available.
